Chris Kobielnik joined Lucas, Green & Magazine in 2006 as a pre-suit personal injury legal assistant. Born in Pennsylvania, Chris grew up in the Pasco-Pinellas County area and is a graduate of Tarpon Springs High School. Chris came to us with thirteen (13) years of experience working for a personal injury law practice in Pinellas County. Her experience was in workers’ compensation and personal injury. Having experience with both personal injury and workers’ compensation, together with experience in law office administration, gives her the perfect background to work in our client disbursement department. Her duties include obtaining final balances from clients’ medical providers; obtaining lien information from health insurance, medicare or medicaid; and negotiating outstanding balances when possible.
